Find a financial advisor who actually understands physician finances
Fee-only, fiduciary advisors who specialize in the parts of a physician's finances that a generalist advisor usually gets wrong: PSLF timing, moonlighting income, specialty-specific contract review, and the debt-versus-investing tradeoff early in a career.
Frequently asked questions
Is this free?
Yes. There is no cost to submit your information or to be matched. MedDebt does not currently receive a referral fee from any advisor — this is a personal matching service, not a paid directory, and we will tell you plainly if that ever changes.
What kind of advisor will I be matched with?
Fee-only, fiduciary advisors who specialize in physician finances specifically — not general advisors, and not anyone who earns commissions on products they recommend to you. We vet every match personally before making an introduction.
Why not just build an automated directory?
Because we'd rather make a handful of good matches than a long list of unvetted names. As this grows, the process may become more automated, but right now every submission is reviewed and matched by a person.
What happens after I submit this form?
We'll review your situation and reach out by email, usually within a few days, either with an advisor introduction or to ask a clarifying question. If we don't think we have a good match for you yet, we'll say so rather than forcing one.
